1.hi3751v811.bin
    - Use IAR tool to compile the project. hi3751v811.bin is generated.
    - Copy hi3751v811.bin to vendor/huanglong/binary/mcu/lpmcu/hi3751v811/
    - For android products, hi3751v811.bin is copied to path vendor/fimware/
      by file $(SOC_PLATFORM_PATH)/binary/mcu/lpmcu/$(CHIP_VERSION)/product_package.mk during compilation.
    - For linux products, hi3751v811.bin is copied to path lib/firmware/
      by file source/linux/kernel/Makefile during compilation.
2.How to use IAR compile project
    - Open hi3751v811.eww.
    - Right click on the project, select make to compile, or select rebuild all to recompile.
